QA/QC Introduction

Our quality management department is organized into 5 sections:
1) Measuring
2) Incoming Materials Inspection
3) Process Inspection
4) Process Patrol Inspection
5) Finished Goods Inspection

The Measuring department is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and documentation of our company's monitoring and measuring equipment. The Incoming Materials Inspection Team is responsible for the inspection of incoming raw and auxiliary materials, industrial installation, molds and other goods used in our production processes. Our Process Inspection Team is responsible for the inspection of products throughout all stages of production. The Process Patrol Inspection Team is responsible for the supervision and checking of both production processes and the overall quality of the Process Inspection Team. The Finished Products Inspection Team is responsible for inspection of finished products before shipping.
